App Revs (apprevs.com) is run by Aman Kumar. This page explains what we store about you and why.

What we collect

  • Account: when you sign in with Google, we receive and store your name, email address and Google user ID through Firebase Authentication. We use them to identify your account and to show your saved data.
  • Your saved work: keyword lists, the apps you attach them to, and the analyses generated for them are stored against your account so they are there when you come back.
  • API keys: if you generate an API key, we store it so we can authenticate your requests.
  • Usage: the site uses Google Analytics in production to count page views. Our server keeps standard request logs (IP address, URL, time) for operation and abuse prevention.

Where the app data comes from

App metadata, ratings, reviews and search results come from Apple's public App Store and iTunes endpoints. Reviews you analyze are sent to a third-party AI model provider (currently Google Gemini) to generate the analysis; we do not send your account details with them.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
  • We do not store your Google password; Google handles sign-in.
  • We do not track you across other sites.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and everything stored with it, contact us and we will remove it. Server logs are rotated automatically.
